No experience is necessary. All athletes will receive instruction on proper stretching, land training on Concept2 rowing machines and coaching on the water. Each participant will receive T-shirt upon completion of the class. All age groups are encouraged. All applicants should bring: a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, water sandals, socks and comfortable work out clothes. No baggy shorts, baggy sweats or baggy shirts are allowed.

Rowing is a sport that can be done well into your 60's, 70's and even 80's. Rowing provides a great workout and is low-impact on joints and is the best cross-trainer for swimming, running, skiing and just about anything else.
