Teams: Oakland Strokes, Serra, Marin Rowing vs. Peninsula Junior Crew
Length: 2000 meters
Weather: Windy, then Sunny, then Rainy, then Perfect, back to Windy.
Take your pick. Each race had a different microclimate. In the WLT4
race, both boats were almost standing still in the wind at the 1500 meter mark.
