HOTL 2004 Returns to The Foster City Recreation Center (no more Dog Park). A longer dock has been added. More parking and boat storage area is included. We also have access to the Rec Center and the amphitheatre for viewing. HOTL 2004 returns to its roots .... Come row at one of the most spectacular venues on the West Coast !
